Amanda: Thanks. I study scripture like crazy. It's fun to me. Like doing detective work. I question everything and research context and other writings on the subjects. I'm finding I have a lot of thoughts and interpretations in common with old dead guys from the 1800's.

I know I'm not 'getting it' like I'm supposed to. How do you always 'get it'? Serena, what do you study? How do you read the Bible and get it like that? (Or any other leader for that matter.) You are definitely helping me in ways that I would never be able to explain and in no way that anyone has ever been able to help me. Keep it coming!

If it's your goal to bring me to a place where I have to submit to the truth or stick with what I've always thought, it's working. You make it hard and that's a good thing.

I'm with Peter, too! I don't want to be one of those who just makes Jesus a lifestyle. I love hearing your heart, Serena. You help me remember to look at things from a 'real life' point of view. It's so hard to remember, but I'm starting to get it.
