Another winner from you. In the way that only Serena can convey it.

Interestingly it only follows that we cannot avoid what our attention is fixed upon. Driving with our eyes on the ditch, lands us in the ditch.

And should one think there is no science for such statements: studies show the brain does not process negative statements well. It actually seeks to fulfill them and then undo them.

Also, more study show the more we try to put things out of our mind – the more they present themselves.

Just think about that.

Serena, I love coming here. I've said it before and I'm sure I'll say it again… you are a breath of fresh air.

Also, you posted something a while back about writing one true sentence… and every time I read a post, there is always a sentence that resonates with me. A sentence that is truth.

Today, it was this:

"We are free to relax, free to be forgiven, free to learn from our stumbles and free to get back up."
